Within this service, the action is removed from the piano and taken to our facility to be serviced. This service includes all the essential tuning and regulation work within the bronze and silver packages, but also includes a reconditioning of the original action parts. This is a 2-day service and is designed to truly bring the piano back to life in the way it plays and sounds.

This service is recommended every 10 years. By going to this level of work, we are able to bring out incredible consistency and evenness to the way the piano plays. Regulation is the recalibration of the action parts to maximize both power and control. Along with doing all the work of our bronze package, your technician will be going into the deeper and more refining work of regulation.

The Silver Package is a full day service designed to give the piano player all the control and consistency their piano has to offer. We will provide you with important information and no-pressure estimates to make your Portland and Seattle area piano look and sound like new!
